Oscar is a sweet little guy who is a bit timid at first but warms up quickly. Once he does warm up, he will want to cuddle and hang around with you a lot! Oscar is a cute little guy, very sweet, and he hardly barks at all. Oscar does have one minor concern, but it's very temporary- when he first meets new people he sometimes gets excited and does a "submissive pee" thing. It went away within hours after his arrival at his foster home, and we don't think this will be a problem as long as his adopters know that it will be a temporary thing and see it through. Oscar is young, healthy, incredibly cute, and he just loves attention! He'll need someone who has a lot of time to spend with him, and he will never let  you down when you need a cuddle or some sweet doggie kisses!
