Rusty was rescued when his owner died and he was literally left out in the cold. Thanks to speedy intervention he spent almost no time outside before being rescued and transported for vetting an foster by an incredibly caring DLT adopter/volunteer. Rusty is young, cute, and sweet- not much more anyone could ask for! |
