Roscoe is a cute little soft-wire coated boy who came to us from a hoarding situation. He's adapting quickly, picking up the house training routine very well, and doing fine with the dogs at his foster home. Roscoe is still shy at first around new people, which is not surprising given his background. Also, because he's small, quick, and still somewhat skittish, he needs a home with a very secure  yard and someone experienced who has time to work with his adjustment. Roscoe has already figured out that being a pet is a good thing- he just needs guidance to continue growing into the wonderful young man he's meant to be. A doggie playmate would probably be a plus to help Roscoe on his way. He's young, healthy, totally cute, and well worth the time and effort to guide and love him!
