Slinky is a nice looking Dachshund mix. He's mostly Dachshund but his legs are a bit long, and his ears are a bit short. Our best guess is that he has Pomeranian in the mix somewhere but the jury is out for now... What we do know is that he's sweet, smart, gets along well with most other dogs, and is an explorer at heart so he will need a secure yard and supervision when outside. Slinky is healthy, happy, and has good manners. He was surrendered to our organization by his previous owner through no fault of his own, but he sure would like a forever home that really is forever! He will do best in a home with no children, and he prefers an adoptive family with someone who is home a lot and has time for him.
