Ellie is a small, sweet bundle of energy! She loves to play, enjoys people, gets along with most other dogs, and is very good at the house training plan. Ellie does tend to bark a little much when someone or something interests her and she wants their attention, and we are working on learning the word "quiet". She is also occasionally a whiner to let everyone know she wants to be near them. Her hobbies include giving doggie kisses, searching for treats, expending a lot of energy by playing, and being cute! Ellie is about three years old but still thinks she's a puppy and she definitely acts the part. She will do well in a home with a companion doggie with s similar size and energy level, as well as humans who enjoy having their pets cuddle with them, sleep on the furniture or in the people beds, and are experienced introducing a new Dachshund into the household.
