Tigger is a special little puppy who was born with a twist in his spine that prevents him from walking normally. He also has an underdeveloped liver, so he needs regular medication and special food. In spite of all this, Tigger has a wonderful attitude and truly appreciates life. He scoots all over the place, gives tons of doggie kisses, and never gets grumpy or discouraged. Tigger will probably have a shorter lifespan than other dogs, but there is more love in this little guy than in most "normal" dogs!
