Stevie is truly Wonderful! He is sight-impaired, like many double-dapples, so he clings a bit when picked up until he learns to trust someone not to drop him. But once he knows who you are, his strong sense of smell and hearing make it easy for him to identify you as a friend, and Stevie is very loyal and loving to friends! He is just full of hugs, tail-wags, and doggie kisses. Stevie explores comfortably around his foster home, and is a fast learner. Stevie has needed very little changed for his "special needs", and is not much more difficult to raise than any other dog- we just don't move the furniture as much. He has no problem using the doggie stairs up to the couch, going outside on the deck, or any other experience he has explored more than once.
