Shadow is a very special little piebald-colored Dachshund boy. He is totally loving, but has some health issues. Shadow has a mild neurological disorder that causes him to lack coordination. He frequently tilts his head, wiggles a lot, bites from the side instead of the front, and walks in circles when confused or excited. Shadow's coordination is improving over time and he does not appear to have any seizures or other problems of that nature, but he will probably always be unusual in his movements. Shadow gets along with other dogs as long as they are not mean to him, but he can't really defend himself if they play roughly with him. Shadow has a way of totally capturing the heart of people who get to know him, and he is a wonderful young boy, but he has to have an adopter who will accept and care for his lifelong needs.
