Description:
Phoebe and her companion Bubba were taken to the Garland shelter after living in the same home for 9 years. Phoebe has mammary tumors and their only chance of leaving the shelter alive was rescue. Fortunately one of our great foster homes made room, so they are now DLT Rescues. Phoebe's surgery to remove the tumors went well, and she is recovered and ready for adoption. Aside from the tumors which have been taken care of, she is otherwise healthy. Phoebe is incredibly sweet, has had all her dental work taken care of, and she's very well-mannered.
