DeeDee is a gorgeous little double-dapple Dachshund who loves to give kisses, sticks to friendly people like velcro, and was literally tossed in a dumpster until some good people found her, got her to their local animal control facility, and sent her our way for rescue. Like many double-dapples DeeDee is hearing impaired. She can see, although her vision is limited in one eye. She is beautiful, but it's never a good idea genetically to breed a dapple with a dapple in the hopes of making this color pattern. It can tend to cause some problems, and as we've seen with DeeDee, some people will throw away "imperfect" dogs. DeeDee doesn't know she is supposed to hear. She is perfectly happy, loves people, and is very smart. DeeDee can be taught quickly, she just has to see gestures to do what she is asked. DeeDee is a Delightful Dachshund! She needs a responsible and caring owner to give her a great forever home!
