Otto Bon is a good looking little guy who has really learned to come out of his shell. He was a shy one at first, but thanks to a nurturing foster and an equally nurtiring doggie friend at his foster home he has become quite happy and outgoing.

Otto does still have some separation anxiety issues. He is just fine when there is always a doggie best friend with him or when his people are home. He just does not do well alone! If he's alone and freaks out, Otto will express his anxiety by reading (he will digest books) or other not-so-desireable behavior. As long as Otto finds a home where he will have a best friend around none of these things will be a problem.

Also, Otto has some obsessive-compulsive yard behavior. He loves to take every toy in the house outside and place them in different places in the yard. At the end of the day he repeats the process in reverse, bringing all the toys back in one at a time and placing them in the basket. If only we could train our children to clean up this well :-)  Anyway, Otto definitely needs a secure yard so he can indulge in this harmless behavior. Apartment living is just not in the plans for Otto.

So... Otto Bon is a unique, interesting boy, but he is cute, sweet, and the perfect pet for the right home. If you don't mind a dog with personality Otto could be the one for you!
