Hopie is a very petite pet- she is about seven pounds on a full belly, four years old, cute as a button, and very lucky to have been rescued. Hopie's previous life consisted of a lot of time tied out in a yard and she sure is enjoying learning how she's supposed to be treated! She is a real people-pleaser who is just in love with beds and air-conditioned comfort. Hopie's former owner didn't keep her on heartworm preventative so she has a light case but we'll get that treated and she'll be in great shape. Her teeth are good, her coat is beautiful, her attitude is great, and she is ready for a new start in a great home!
