Baxter is a handsome Basset Hound/Dachshund mix who weighs in at 35 lbs.  He gets along with cats, likes most dogs, and hasn't met a person he didn't like. Baxter is healthy and happy, learns fast, and is already doing well with house training at his foster home. He is a playful boy and a super pet! Baxter does have that Basset vocal action, so he's a bit louder than the average standard Dachshund, but he is good about being quiet most of the time. Just be aware that if he's got something important to say you'll hear him. Baxter is a beautiful boy and a great pet!
