Skipper came to us with "dry eye", a condition that had been left untreated for so long that he had infections and the eye was no longer functional. He has since had successful surgery to remove the eye as well as major dental work. Now Skipper is healthy, happy, seeing just fine with his good eye, and full of love! Skipper is a great pet-he has great manners, he is patient during the day while his people are at work, then he hops up and gets full of excitement when they get home! Skipper plays, cuddles, and just generally enjoys being alive. He truly appreciates how much better his mouth feels and not having to deal with a painful eye problem. No matter how you look at him, Skipper is one cute gentleman who is ready for a great forever home!
