Valentine is a beautiful boy who came to us after being surrendered to a shelter when his former owner was evicted. Valentine is deaf, probably since birth. We are working with Valentine to try to teach him some sign commands, but he will need time and consistency to learn them effectively. Valentine is a good boy who wants to please people. He will bark and go toward the door to let someone know when he needs to go outside, so it's likely he had some house training. Valetine is a cuddle-puppy who loves to sleep on the bed with people. His fur is super soft and he just feels good to pet! Valentine needs an environment where people know how to work with a hearing-impaired dog, but that's not really all that difficult- it just takes awareness of how to do things a bit differently. He's a good boy who will make a wonderful, loving companion in the right forever home!
