Maverick is a good looking young man who came from a disabled owner who had difficuty keeping up with such an active young boy. Maverick is a good boy but he does have some separation anxiety for now. His foster is working with taht. Maverick tries to assert himself and get his way. He responds immediately to correction and is not aggressive, he's just spirited and needs an owner who will be loving but set boundaries. His foster family is already making excellent progress with him in that department, it just takes consistency. Because he is so young, Maverick should be able to adjust quite well to a good home. He loves kids and loves to play! He's cute, he's basically sweet, and he just needs an experienced, loving household to help him become the wonderful pet he's meant to be!
