Peanut is a Chihuahua mix who came to us after her previous adopter became unable to care for her. Peanut is a very quiet girl for a Chihuahua, but has some difficulty with new people. She is rather independent and while she is cute for her age, Peanut is not a very suitable pet since she was returned from her previous adoptive home. She is currently working on getting back into her comfortable mode and improving her socialization skills. We are working with a great foster, and Peanut also has a good vet checking her out to make sure we aren't overlooking any possible medical conditions that may have influenced her change in behavior. Please send positive vibes in Peanut's direction. It would be great if she could be her old comfy self!
