Rudy is a sweet young man whose original owner did not take care of his surgery when he lost the use of his back legs. Rudy still has some motion in them, but can't support his own weight, so he scoots all over in a cart, which he just loves! This boy is active, happy, and gets along with everyone, whether dog or person.
