January 12, 2012 - Connor was a long-term foster who came to us as an elderly gentleman with painful hips from a previous injury that had healed badly, deafness and near blindness, and several other issues. Connor was an independent kind of guy, but he liked being fussed over as long as he was in the mood. He was never very demanding- in all the time we had him Connor almost never complained. Unfortunately, as he aged, Connor’s pain could no longer be managed. Connor had to cross the Rainbow Bridge where he will no longer feel any pain. December 23, 2011 - It is with great sadness and difficulty that we share the latest update on Milo's status. Milo experienced complications that were far more serious than initially expected. A scan indicated that he had experienced far more neurological compression and damage than the surgery could repair. With all the factors working against him Milo was given little or no chance of survival. We felt that we had no choice but to let Milo cross the rainbow bridge peacefully and with no discomfort. Milo passed away earlier this afternoon with the merciful assistance of his caring veterinary surgeon. Thank you to all of you for your prayers and positive thoughts. Although his time was far too short, Milo knew much love. Click a letter to find an animal or view all.
